The 2-layer VENTURI material with a water column of 10,000 mm and the bonded seams offer rain protection and a perfectly balanced body climate for your next trip. The hiking jacket by Schöffel also has two outer pockets and a breast pocket, all with zips. So small items can easily be kept in the pockets for safe storage.

Ich mag die Farbe, die Verarbeitung macht ein wirklich wertigen Eindruck und die Reißverschlüsse sind extra abgedichtet.

Stowable non-removable hoods are ideal for multiple outdoor activities (hiking, cycling, ...). About ten years ago all of you (Schoffel, North Face, Salewa, ...), you all switched to permantly-out hoods, which is absolutely no good for cycling! I guess you hoped we would buy one jacket *per* activity, but it didn't work - at least not for me or my girlfriend - We switched to Vaude as preferred supplier because they continued to do a couple of jackets with this feature. But the Vaude jackets are not great: they miss some features like stick-protected zips, armpit ventilation. But a stowable non-removable hood is a KEY feature which is why, ten years ago, we switched to Vaude and why, now, we have been lured back to Schoeffel. Congratulations, you retook two customers :-) The only criticisms I have of this jacket (especially in comparison with the last similar Schoeffel jacket I had about ten years ago) are: 1) the colour styling is not so exciting (my last one was red with wide white stripes on shoulders and was very much more atttractive) 2) the velcro that holds the hood pocket closed is not very good quality (in fact it is the same as the velco that is in my Vaude jacket and this as "lost its stick" quite quickly, so i anticipate the same with my new Schoeffel jacket). I ordered size 56 because I wanted longer arms (cycling needs a bit more slack around the elbow) but in other respects a 56 is a bit big for me. This is absolutely not Schoeffel's fault: this is what I want in a jacket that I will use for everything (cycling, hiking, city life, ...).
