How long is Schöffel's warranty period?
Schöffel grants the normal statutory warranty of two years from date of purchase. The receipt is proof of purchase. Self-inflicted damages or damages caused by inappropriate handling are, of course, excluded from warranty.
Can I order Schöffel products directly from the website?
Yes. You can order products directly in Schöffel's Online Shop. Please bear in mind that we may not be able to offer the entire collection in all sizes and colours in our Online Shop.
Does Schöffel operate Factory Outlets?
No. Schöffel offers neither factory sales nor direct sales at headquarters in Schwabmünchen.
What do I do if I can't find the receipt?
Unfortunately, products cannot be returned without a receipt. Please make sure you keep it in a safe place, and make a copy if needed as proof of purchase is important in the event of complaints, and required by insurance companies in the event of theft. If you buy products through Schöffel's Online Shop, your purchase orders are stored. If you lose the paperwork, please contact customer service at our Online Shop by email or phone, who will be able to provide you with a copy of your order data.

How long do I have to return any goods?
All items can be returned free of charge within 2 weeks of receipt without indication of reasons.

We deliver to any address you want in The Nederlands, Luxembourg and Belgium even if it is not your home ad-dress. Simply add an alternative delivery address to your customer account or enter it at the payment stage when ordering.
Is it possible to have my order sent to a packstation?
No, it´s not possible.
Can I exchange or return items?
You can return any item bought in the Online Shop within 14 days from receipt. To enable us to process your return quickly, please make sure:
1) You return all items with their original labels still attached
2) You use our original packaging
3) You attach our the printed DHL return label
If you think you may have to return purchased Schöffel items, you may only try them on.

In individual cases, we reserve the right to exclude certain payment options. Payment in installations is not possible.
