Data processing by us is also possible if you participate in our sweepstakes. In the case of sweepstakes, winners are publicly identified with their usernames and asked to respond by direct message within a period of 48 hours. The winners must send their clear names and address so that the prizes can be sent. This data will be processed by us exclusively for the purpose of handling the competition.
With regard to the processing of personal data via the "Insights" service, there is a joint responsibility between us and Facebook, with Facebook assuming primary responsibility for this.

In order to design and optimize our Instagram channel according to our needs, we use the statistics service Instagram Insights. This service records your activity on our site and makes it available to us in anonymized statistics.

This provides us with insights about, among other things

  • the reach of posts,
  • information about the activity of our subscribers, and
  • Information about which countries and cities our visitors come from
  • As well as statistics on the gender ratios of our visitors.

The visitor statistics created are transmitted to us exclusively in anonymized form.

In the case of competitions, the winners are publicly identified with their usernames and asked to contact us by direct message within a period of 48 hours. The winners must send their real names and address so that the prizes can be sent. This data will be processed by us exclusively for the purpose of handling the sweepstakes.
If you comment on our posts or video clips via Instagram, we receive additional data from you, such as your name to the Instagram account and the date and time of your post.
The further data sets or information provided by you depend on the content of the comments.   

Insofar as personal data is processed by means of Instagram Insights, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit f) DSGVO . Our interest lies in the needs-based optimization and continuous improvement of our media offering. If we want to repost images of users on the Instragram channel, we first ask for your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit f) DSGVO . The declaration of consent is stored by us via screenshot and the image as a file with information about the user. Participation in the competition is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit f) DSGVO.

The photos and the declaration of consent are stored until the consent is revoked. The data records for the sweepstakes are deleted as soon as the purpose of storage has ceased to apply, which, in addition to accounting retention periods, is the case when the sweepstakes has been completed.      

We do not share any data we have received from you via Instagram with third parties. Regarding data sharing by Instagram, we refer to the links to the privacy policy cited in section 5.1.

A revocation of the data processing based on the consent is possible at any time. In the event of revocation, the image and the user's details will be deleted immediately. Information on opt-out options can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.
The processing of information by means of the cookie used by Instagram can be prevented by not allowing cookies from third-party providers or those from Facebook in your own browser settings.

6. XING and Kununu
Schöffel Sportbekleidung GmbH uses the social media channel XING and kununu provided by New Work SE, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg. As both services are provided by the same provider, the information on data processing is uniform. 

We use XING to communicate with you and other interested parties and to inform you there, among other things, about Schöffel Sportbekleidung GmbH and current job offers.
As a rule, cookies are stored on your computers, in which the usage behavior is saved. This user data is made available to us by XING anonymized and aggregated for evaluation.
In addition, we only process the data records that you provide to us via XING.

We delete the data you provide to us via XING when the purpose no longer applies. Since contacting us via XING can have different purposes, the storage period depends largely on the reason for your contact.

When you visit our TikTok channel, TikTok, as a non-affiliated third party, stores certain data in accordance with its own data use policy. TikTok processes your data when you are a follower of our profile, we receive Likes from you and/or respond to our uploaded content. TikTok collects and processes your messages that you send to our profile through the platform's messaging feature. This includes scanning and analyzing the information in the messages, including the content of the message and information and when you sent the message.

If you use the Platform, TikTok collects technical data, even if you use the TikTok app without a separate account. This technical data includes your IP address, instance IDs, mobile carrier, time zone settings, identifiers for web purposes, the version of the app you use, and data about your device (device system, network type, device ID, screen resolution, operating system, audio settings, and connected audio devices).

Schöffel Sportbekleidung GmbH uses the marketing tool Fanpage Karma to optimise its social media activities. The tool enables the evaluation of anonymised data and interactions such as comments and likes. In addition, it is used to plan and pre-set posts as well as to analyse and monitor the social media channels. In addition, the discovery function is used to research relevant influencers and conduct an initial influencer analysis.   
Fanpage Karma is operated by uphill GmbH, Oranienstraße 188, 10999 Berlin, Germany. 
With the help of this online tool, we can check and evaluate the use of the content we offer. This allows us to generate valuable information about the needs and interests of our website visitors. When using Fanpage Karma, all personal data is anonymised at the earliest possible stage. 
The processing of the anonymised data is thus carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO. 
To generate the data collected via Fanpage Karma (e.g. reach of posts, subscriber numbers, video views), we grant the tool access to the data on our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn pages. 
A commission processing agreement has been concluded between Schöffel Sportbekleidung GmbH and uphill GmbH in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO, which serves as the basis for the use of the Fanpage Karma tool.
